Why we were hired….

The Consulting and Services organization at Dell Computer consists of thousands of employees who are geographically located around the world.  Historically, when groups within the service organization needed critical training, Dell would fly those people to a common location for live classroom style training.  Dell engaged with Lava Studios to produce rich media versions of those training classes.

What we did…..

Lava’s team shot video of  live classroom training sessions and implemented motion graphics, slides and other complimentary visuals to create self running video programs of the training sessions that were then distributed online on demand and via DVD to Dell employees around the globe.
